For the United Nations 100th anniversary, all states worldwide are to receive a Social Contract stipulating an all-encompassing use of AI, even putting AI on the same level with humans. As a bonus, there is to be a social credit system for everyone that is monitoring and evaluating people's behaviour and rewarding obedience. Learn who is behind these scandalous plans. Share this program helping to stop these sinister plans NOW!

Do you know what a social credit or a social credit system is? It is a system of total surveillance in which a government comprehensively spies on its citizens' behavior, awards or deducts points and – depending on the "balance" of the social credit – citizens are given preferential treatment or they are punished. This is well known from China.
In 2018, SRF was still critical in its reporting on the consequences of the Chinese social credit system for citizens. That same year, a member of parliament made a statement at the Chinese party congress: "I call for a broad catalogue of penalties for people with poor social credit. People with this kind of credit should be restricted in their freedom of movement by various means." You can clearly see what this means in practice in the example of the investigative journalist Liu Hu, who was put on a blacklist because of an article that reported about corrupt officials. He is under permanent surveillance, can hardly do his job anymore and can no longer travel by train or fly. Liu Hu: "I can't book hotels anymore, I can't buy an apartment, I can't register a company or be a legal representative of any organization."
In the meantime, things have gone quiet in the mainstream. Various publications were not followed by any great outcry. China is far away. Something like this would be unthinkable in the democratic West. Or maybe not? Almost nobody suspects that concrete plans are already in place to install a worldwide social credit point system. And that's because SRF and other public service media categorically conceal this fact, thus immersing the Western population in a false sense of security. Which plans are we talking about?
In 2019, a group of think tank members, politicians, former heads of government, academics and tech-industry representatives came together and, alongside the Coronavirus-PLAN-demic, set specific goals to transform the entire world. As a kind of working paper, a book emerged from this meeting, entitled "Remaking the world – The Age of Global Enlightenment". The contributors include high-ranking individuals such as EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, the so-called "father of the Internet" and Google Vice President Vint Cerf as well as Ramu Damodaran, head of the UN initiative United Nations Academic Impact The book appeared under the label "UN100", which is the same United Nations initiative called into existance for its 100th anniversary celebration in 2045. An influential US think tank; the Boston Global Forum however, had the lead part in this. What is the book about? The authors write that artificial intelligence has the great potential to change our lives. At the same time, they write that the undisciplined use of AI has great potential for abuse.
This is why we need a "Social Contract for the AI Age" [explanation: social contract: an agreement between the members of a society to work together for the good of society], which should apply to the whole world – regardless of the diversity of all countries, ethnicities and cultures.
Kla.TV has analyzed this Social Contract in more detail. The Social Contract for the AI Age – Comprehensive Application of AI From AI Equality to the Digital God? The first chapter of the book shows where this journey is taking us: The Social Contract for the AI age is said to create a platform for a "Smart Democracy society". It is also based on a power-balance between governments, companies, civil society, individuals and AI assistants. Creating such a balance of power is a very lofty goal and would require nothing less than a change in the global system. Because the current political world situation would aptly have to be described as an imbalance of power where secret clubs and think tanks are setting the agenda without any democratic control.
Take a look at the Kla.TV documentaries under the hashtag #CFR on this topic. However, the UN100 initiative continues with precisely this policy. This becomes clear when you consider the fact that also this Social Contract for the AI Age was created without any democratic control and certainly with no mandate from the people. And yes, you heard right: UN100 includes AI assistants in the alleged "power-balance"! In concrete terms, this could mean that artificial intelligence could be given a say in political processes, for example. It is highly doubtful whether the aforementioned power-balance will be maintained.
It seems much more likely that enabling AI equality is a first step towards the much-discussed "digital god", to whose leadership humanity will one day have to submit. Smart democracy The "Smart Democracy", or "intelligent democracy" mentioned is not further defined in the UN100 document. Does it imply a form of rule in which an artificial intelligence always knows what is best for society? That's not too far off.
In 2017, WEF founder Klaus Schwab spoke admiringly about how predictive digital technologies could soon make democratic elections unnecessary. "But then the next step could be to go into a prescriptive mode, which means you do not even have to have elections anymore because you can already predict [...] and afterwards you can say "Why do we need elections?" because we know what the result will be" And in fact, the Social Contract states that civil society should be encouraged to plan its future with the help of "predictive tools", i.e. predictive AI tools. Obligation to provide comprehensive data A comprehensive application of AI also requires a comprehensive collection and analysis of data. The following is written under the title "AI government model": "At the core of AI-Government is the National Decision Making and Data Center (NDMD). NDMD collects, stores, analyzes and applies massive amounts of data relevant to the provision of public services and the evaluation of public programs and officials." These "massive amounts of data" must of course be made available, and the Social Contract also addresses this: "Individuals must contribute to the common good through appropriate [...] provision of critical personal information [...] as, for example, in the collection of census data and voting for public officials."
Handing over "critical personal information" to an AI administration is intended to be mandatory. At this point, it is hardly surprising that the plan is to give every citizen of the world a digital identity. It should also be mentioned that the entire Social Contract has a compulsory character. If protagonists do not adhere to the Social Contract, the Democratic Alliance for Digital Governance would be responsible. This supranational authority is to be developed as – quote – "the global authority to enforce the Social Contract for the AI Age." Sustainability and WEF goals as the basis for data analysis The Social Contract proposes two models for the collection and utilization of this data: First, the Agenda2030 data measurement process, which is linked to 17 sustainability goals. Under the hashtag #Agenda2030, Kla.TV has thoroughly documented how these goals actually serve to plunge the world into a new form of slavery.
Second, the ESG definitions of the World Economic Forum – WEF for short - are serving as the basis of this data analysis. ESG is the abbreviation for Environmental, Social & Governance. The WEF is a think tank with an incredible power concentration and is influencing international politics while bypassing parliamentary structures. Learn more about this in the Kla.TV Broadcast "WEF, Great Reset and their masterminds – Is there a world conspiracy after all?"
Swiss civil rights activist of the coronavirus protest movement "MASS-VOLL", Nicolas Rimoldi, assesses the integration of these goals as follows: "The use of the UN Sustainable Development Goals data metrics, [...] and the World Economic Forum's ESG definitions as basis for policy decisions, however, indicate that AI and the resulting policies from it are strongly aligned with these specific global goals. [...] By training the AI on the metrics of the SDGs and ESG, it is implicitly determined that only their data and goals are recognized as true and relevant. Other perspectives or alternative data sources are then considered less reliable or untrue."
In conlusion: The planned extensive use of AI contains huge potential for data abuse and will turn people into transparent citizens. Moreover, it is a gigantic presumption on the part of UN100 wanting to impose such plans on the whole of humanity without any democratic legitimacy. But it gets even worse. Let us now turn attention to the core of this Social Contract. The SVR reward system In the chapter "Social Value Reward System", or SVR for short, the Social Contract for the age of AI reveals its true face. It is about "a system to monitor and evaluate governments, companies, and individuals in the world based on their contribution to maintaining norms, standards, common values and international laws, for honesty, transparency, accountability, and responsibility."
Many people are probably more familiar with the term social credit system; such a system is already in use in China and has been heavily criticized. It is a system of total surveillance that comprehensively spies on the behavior of citizens, evaluates it, awards or deducts social credit points and treats citizens preferentially or punishes them depending on their "account balance". If you have a low social credit because you do not behave conformly, you get slower internet, have to pay higher taxes, lose your job or your home or are no longer allowed to travel. This is how the Chinese Communist Party "disciplines" Chinese citizens to be more "honest".
The UN100 model does prohibit penalties and, by its own definition, stands in sharp contrast to the Chinese model. Also it is said that the SVR system is not accessible to governments for technical reasons. So is this a false alarm? No. The differentiation to the Chinese model is anything but credible. Boston Global Forum co-founder John Quélch, for example, worked for years at the CEIBS [CEIBS = China Europe International Business School] in various functions. CEIBS is a university in Shanghai which was founded as a joint project between – note this! – the Chinese government – so the Chinese Communist Party, and the EU. A sharp contrast looks different. Incidentally, both John Quélch and UN100 actor Joseph S. Nye are members of the Masonic shadow government networks Trilateral Commission and Council on Foreign Relations. They work actively in bringing peoples into line and enslaving them according to the Chinese model.
For other reasons also, it would be naive to believe that the SVR reward system could not develop towards the Chinese social credit system. As Kla.TV documented in "China – this system of government, a threat to all of us!", the surveillance state in China was financed and set up by the Rothschild and Rockefeller families as a social experiment with the aim to later spread this ruling model across the whole world. And so, shockingly, the Chinese dictatorship is also receiving recognition by high-ranking politicians in Western countries. In 2013, for example, former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said: "There is a level of admiration I actually have for China because their basic dictatorship is allowing them to actually turn their economy around on a dime [...]." WEF founder Klaus Schwab also praised the "achievements" of the Chinese Communist Party. And if we remember that the WEF's data metrics are to serve as the basis for AI application in the Social Contract, we have come full circle.
Even without punitive measures, the SVR reward system is a no-go. Total surveillance and assessment of everyone's behavior is the end of privacy and therefore the end of freedom. In combination with central bank digital currencies – CBDCs for short – it is quite easy to cut off the money supply of those who do not comply. UN100 has a very positive attitude towards digital central bank money. Last but not least, a system rewarding conformity clearly degrades people as free creatures.
Civil rights activist Nicolas Rimoldi comments: "We humans are supposed to be educated to become obedient citizens. Not with coercion, but by not being rewarded when you are disobedient, which amounts to the same thing. This system is reminiscent of the Pavlovian dogs that were trained to show a certain behavior in order to receive rewards. This is robbing people of their maturity and reducing them to system-compliant participants who act according to predetermined rules instead of acting freely with self-determination." In summary The social contract for the AI age promises to make the world a better planet and to strengthen the freedom, rights and recognition of the individual. On closer examination, however, it becomes clear that a system is being set up in which citizens are being accustomed to AI rule and are being degraded to data suppliers. The Democratic Alliance for Digital Governance is designed to bring nation states into line, while the Social Credit System is monitoring governments, companies and individuals and is aligning them with the anti-human Agenda2030 via rewards.
De facto it is a system wanting to rob us of our freedom and dignity. Dear viewers, the time to stop this Social Contract for the AI age is NOW, and you can actively help in doing so. Share this broadcast as often as possible in order to bring these sinister plans to the public's attention now. Break out of the digital prison by using cash wherever possible or replacing digital communication with real conversations. Be aware that so-called intelligent solutions such as smartphones, smart homes or autonomous driving are paving stones on the road to an intelligent democracy. Put a stop to the planned domination of AI by refraining from using AI in your everyday life and by removing the basis for these systems: Your personal data.
Kla.TV founder Ivo Sasek recently shed light on another very fundamental aspect of these technologies. Following this program you can watch an excerpt from his talk given at this year's Friends Meeting. "More and more, we are being directed towards and made dependent on machines, external clouds or, ultimately, implants in our bodies. But we are robbed of ourselves in the process. That is the point. We forfeit our divine privileges, our inner privileges in return. [...] It is, as always, an offer of salvation that brings no salvation. So this is no progress, it is always the same everywhere. Of course, it is considerable progress at the moment. But what we run over and downright ruin is our connection to the age of divine development that is just beginning to unfold within us where all these wonderful abilities are meant to be born – brought out of us directly without any machine or artificial intelligence. That's what we're talking about today. Because these are on the schedule. It is God's time for this now, springtime. Because you have all of these abilities directly within you. And there is this kairos [word explanation: kairos = suitable time] that wants to dawn within you so you can take and make use of all of this."
